  There is an old guy , might Spanish guy . very bad manner . Might be manager or senior stuff . I asked him for pick up my order . He is yelling at me and approached like he want to fight . He was yelling and saying hold on . After 15 mins he said someone picked the food and at a same time employee saying it’s not picked up . It’s still there . This review is April 19 /26

  JUST CLOSE THE LOCATION at this point!! I came here at 11pm on 4/15. There were only 2 people working and a line of eight cars… the time in total to get to the window was 1 hour. Finally at the window I’m asked if I can get back in line again as they haven’t prepared the mobile order… meaning to go to the back of the line of now 10 cars waiting just to pick my order back up. Then the male on duty comes to the window and starts banging on the window and screaming IF YOU DON’T WANT TO GET TO THE BACK OF THE LINE YOU CAN JUST CANCEL YOUR ORDER WE DON’T CARE. This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at Papa John’s. Don’t come to this location not worth it.

  I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable and needs to be addressed by management. I used Papa Dough to order the Tuscan 6-cheese sticks, and what I received was not consistent with the product in either taste or quality. It was overly charred and did not resemble a 6-cheese item. When I contacted the store, the interaction was extremely unprofessional. My concerns were dismissed, and I was hung up on multiple times while trying to resolve the issue. I then went to the store in person. Although I was given a partial refund, there was a clear lack of accountability. Staff members appeared dismissive, and the situation was not handled with the level of professionalism expected. I was also told to contact corporate regarding the Papa Dough concern, yet no information or assistance was provided on how to proceed. This experience reflects poorly on the store’s customer service standards, and I would strongly encourage management to review how situations like this are handled moving forward. If this is the level of service customers can expect, I would caution others before choosing this location.

  Inconsistent service, always mediocre at best. Half the ingredients missing from my pizza usually and takes extra 15-20 minutes after it says the pizza is ready for pick up to actually get the pizza. It is the only Papa Johns in my area, which is unfortunate cause I like Papa Johns, just not this location of Papa Johns. Do better!

  Yeah..no..Save your time and order from another location. Service is always bottom tier and the pizza was not great - not even cut well. Also, the app showed that pizza was ready but had to wait for 15 min because I was told that pizza was "not ready". Found out later that it has been ready and was sitting on the shelf.
