  The worst place ever the girls were there on Friday, 9 October 2026 are horrible they ignoring the customers especially that one with the brown long hair braids she only serve Black people, even though we were first in line,, I wish management can do something about it

  Genuinely I do not know where to even begin. I don’t even write reviews , but this got me so HEATED I just had to because this is UNACCEPTABLE. My gf and I ordered an online pickup order. Pizza and wings. 1st thing. The moment we walked through the door to pickup our order we weren’t even greeted. I saw 4 staff members and not a single person said a single thing. It’s just me and my gf and two other strangers standing there in silence for like 3 minutes. WHAT EVEN IS THAT? 2nd thing. They got our order all jacked up. We ordered a half and half pizza. What we got was definitely not what we requested and the reason we requested a half and half is because my gf cannot eat meat. They even messed up my wings order by giving me one less wing. I know stuff like this is minuscule in the grand scheme of things , but I’ve been noticing that this just happens way too often. People spending their hard earned money and can’t even get what they paid for correctly. I’m sorry , but I had to say something. Unacceptable.

  Ordered delivery before checking reviews of this location, and that was a mistake. We split the toppings half and half on the pizza, which was fine. But for the pepperoni half, 2 out of 4 slices had giant bubbles covering most of the slices. Weird texture, and no toppings on the bubbles. (There were similar large bubbles in the cheesesticks we ordered, but I forgot to take a pic of that.) Also an item was so burnt to a crisp that we couldn’t identify it. Pizza is so easy—there’s really not much to it. Which is why I’m not sure how this happens or why anyone would look at this pizza and think, “yeah this is an acceptable product for someone to spend their hard-earned money on.” Definitely not what I have come to expect from a Papa John’s, or really from any pizza place, so I recommend ordering elsewhere.

  I ordered the stuffed crust pizza with original sauce, the three cheese blend, pepperoni, and spicy Italian sausage. I recieved a pizza with no sauce, paper thin crust with a burnt dry cardboard consistency. The center of the pizza had no cheese (there was just a dry patch there), the Italian sausage was burnt with the consistency of jerky, the pepperoni was sparse, and there was no oil at all on the pizza except what came off the cheese.
