The field is minimalist and utilitarian period on this day it was a bit stuffy and warm inside. I was standing at the counter and I heard the gal from a distance bark something. The second time I realized that she was saying, "Burger?" And the rest of the service was curt and a bit slow. They forgot my cup for water and it seemed to take them a while to find it. I got a couple of burger patties with mayo and pickles. I got a small order of fries on the side. The fries were hot a generous portion and delicious. The burger patties were pretty standard. I could see where it would be more interesting if there were lots of free toppings. At the end of the day, 7 oz burger with fries and a 10% tip cost me over $18. That seems fairly pricey for a restaurant that is pretty utilitarian, self-service and has minimal service.

I came in to pick up an order and was forced to stand there while six employees completely ignored me. At least three of them were literally standing around doing nothing, completely free. Two other customers actually got fed up and walked out while I was there. I repeatedly tried to get their attention and make eye contact, but they looked right at me and chose to ignore me. If you don't want to respect customers, do everyone a favor and quit. Go find a job that doesn't require human interaction. I am writing this completely furious. Avoid this location at all costs unless you like wasting your time and being treated like you're invisible.
