- BBBig banksApr 25, 20261.0Today is April 25 ,2026 and who ever is the manager running the shift right now at 10:00..Ms.Sir trifling …first shim not making her employees tell delivery drivers to confirm they picked up the order ….so your food will be stolen by the delivery driver …second I called to inform shim “manager” about it …why shim picks up the phone ,didn’t ask me to hold anything …All I hear is shim yelling at customers ,thanks for waiting I’m sorry …while I’m on hold so now I hang up call back 30 mins later ….phone still off the hook can’t get through this is the service u will get here the girls can’t manage and need help …I assume you all are hiring cause moma need help … shim wrong and need to do better ..as a Ms.Sir like Dimond told Ebony just stay professional….All money ain’t good money …
- ALAlesha LaneMar 31, 20262.0stood at the pickup counter in the lobby for about 10 mins before anyone asked what i was waiting on or my order number. they kept calling numbers but since i ordered online i walked to the counter so they could ask me if i needed something since i didn't hear my name called. all the worked just stared and kept doing what they were doing. finally one asked my order number. i said it was online and he handed me my bag. it was sitting there ready. i hate not being acknowledged.
