- SSSham Sham6 days ago1.0I’ve placed and paid for orders in advance at this Dunkin’ twice for events at my job, and both times my order was not ready when I arrived. The first time, it wasn’t prepared despite being paid for ahead of time. The second time, I was told there was no order in the system, even after I specifically asked the employee whether paying in advance would ensure it was ready for pickup. I ended up waiting another 20–25 minutes, which made me late for work and delayed what I needed to get done for the event. Why accept advance orders and payment if the order isn’t going to be recorded and ready as promised? This happening twice is frustrating and disappointing. Management needs to address how advance orders are handled so customers can rely on the pickup arrangements they make.

The ladies are so rude. They usually don’t greet u in a nicely matter and when you say thank you they don’t even respond back!
