  Order was wrong ordered cinnamon bagel they gave me plan and everything I mean everything was burnt my bagel and hash browns

  Service is horrible. I asked for jelly for my sandwich while ordering at the drive thru. The server ended up dropping it because she was trying so hard not to touch me or risk grazing my hand. 🙄I don’t want to touch you either but her behavior was so over the top. You could tell she was embarrassed when she dropped the jelly because she tried to laugh it off and offer me another one. The food is never fresh. I will not be returning.

  No matter what coffee you order it does not come out right. Brown sugar, chicken espresso was not done right it was more of a latte.

  WARNING YOU WILL BE LATE IF YOU COME HERE! I have been coming to this Dunkin for four years now, as it regularly has promotions regarding free gift cards. This is the worst Dunkin in all of Atlanta. You will be waiting past half an hour. They don't care and move like the sloth in Zootopia. Every staff member here should be retrained. I love my drinks from other Dunkins; here they are horrible, extremely watery, and usually wrong. The donuts taste stale, and the eggs on the sandwiches are not fried, they are essentially either cardboard or an example of how a toddler would make a fried egg. AND BURNED. Do not waste your time and money, they are always busy because they don't know how to do their job. STAY HOME or get ready to lose your money and time for mediocre food. If you want a good Dunkin go to the one 5 minutes down the road in Brookhaven, very nice staff there by comparison. The only saving grace they have is the Baskin robins but you will never experience it because of how bad the wait times are. It would be better value to buy your own egg, bacon, and bagels at the well staffed Publix and cook it using the sunlight with how long you would be stuck here instead. ALSO the bathrooms are locked, so if u need to run in you can't and if you need to get the code they are too busy ignoring customers. And the bagels stuck.

  I’ve been eating in here for over a month now because of a job right down the road, the people are great and some of the hardest workers I’ve seen in a long time. I get my breakfast every morning and these girls are always busy cleaning and filling machines and take great care of the customers.
