  This place is the worst. Diluted coffee. Coffee tasted like hot water. I don't know if they're cutting down on how much coffee they use to brew, but it was definitely not full strength. And I ordered it black!

  by far, the worst experience I have ever had at this Dunkin location. Corporate will be involved. It was like the worst experience ever they were rude. I went to the drive-through. They didn’t even acknowledge me. You could hear the ladies talking on their earphones and not even acknowledging the customer at the drive-through quickly was rude to me when asked to remake my drink with the receipt I I will continue to reach out to corporate. from my understanding, this is not the Dunkins way

  APPARENTLY NOT 24 HOURS LIKE IT SAYS ON GOOGLE. WENT THERE AT 9:50ISH, DINNING ROOM LIGHT JUST TURN OFF, DRIVE THRU SIGN SAYS STILL OPEN. SO I FIGURD ITS DRIVE THROUGH ONLY AT NIGHT, WENT TO DRIVE THROUGH, NO ANSWER, YOUNG GIRL WITH BLACK HEADSCRAF COMES OUT, I ASKED IF THEY WERE STILL OPEN, SHE MUMBLED SOMTHING AND WALKED OFF, NOT EVEN A " NO SORRY WE ARE CLOSED." LIKE WHAT THE? WOULDNT SUPPORT A BUSSINESS THAT WONT COMMUNICATE TO A SIMPLE REPLY. 0 STARS IF TEHRE WAS A OPTION.

  This location claims to be open 24 hours, but that was not our experience at all. We waited in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes saying “Hello?” multiple times with no response. There were also three other cars lined up behind us waiting. Eventually, a female employee came out of the back door, so we asked if they were still open. She mumbled something we couldn’t understand and walked straight to her car without offering any explanation or acknowledging the customers who had been waiting. If the store isn’t open, the hours should be updated, or at the very least someone should communicate with customers instead of leaving everyone sitting in the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and customer service explains why this location has such a low rating.

  On 07/01/2026 I went in (I had not read the reviews) to grab my order that I had placed in the app. 2 women stood at the counter with my drink talking about + looking at it. I assumed they wondered who it was for, I approached and said I’d made my order in the app and was there to pick up. I SHOWED them the order with my name and I was asked “is that your drink?” I confirmed it was and was asked again to show the order (I assumed it was a language barrier at the time so I wasn’t bothered at this point.) I was given the drink and the woman walked away…..no mention of the other half of my order that was still missing. So I waited, and a young lady asked “is everything right with the drink?” And I explained that it was right I was just waiting for my breakfast sandwiches and she said they’d be out soon. She had to step in to tell me what was going on because the other woman just walked away even though she knew I was missing part of my order because I showed her my order receipt. Where I became irritated is that at one point someone said “excuse me, miss!” And I immediately turned around, made eye contact and was about to approach her when the older woman who kept questioning my app order yelled “excuse me!” And then smirked about being rude. I heard the young lady that spoke before her and had already made eye contact to show I was on the way. It was unnecessary. I know I wasn’t imagining that particular woman being rude to me before because shortly after I gathered my order a white woman walked in and she immediately greeted her with “Good morning! 😁” She never greeted me when I approached the counter, questioned me about the order, failed to communicate what was happening with the rest of my order and then raised her voice at me. I thought I was being sensitive until I spoke to my male coworker (also Black) who said “Oh! You didn’t know they’re rude over there? Very nasty attitudes.” I genuinely had no idea and I hate that I encountered that so early in the morning.
