They give you a fraction of the protein they are supposed to give you, and are impossible with the rest of the toppings. I have sent emails that have only earned me generic replies saying "we'll alert management", and yet months later, still the same.

- MMMariaSep 20, 20261.0We were trying to order online by using 3 gift cards, however it wasn't allowing us to use the gift the cards so we decided to go to the restaurant itself. When we got there, we had ordered 11 bowls and 2 of those were supposed to be steak, but we only received 1 steak and they charged us for the 2 steak bowls. There was also a lack of food in our orders. On top of that, we experienced bad service because we were taking awhile to order our food. They also sent us to the back of the line because they forgot one of our bowls.
- ESEd ShenSep 18, 20261.0They charge extra if you ask for more corn. I informed the employee the CEO said you can ask for additional topping. She still charged me. I was in a rush and didn’t have the time to argue. Don’t recommend this location unless you like tiny topping portions!!
