    This restaurant continues to fail me with incorrectly fulfilling my orders. I just don’t understand how it could be so hard to get simple orders right. They do this constantly in the drive through. I even called back to complain and the manager told me to come back and they would make sure my order was right. She says she would put my name in record for a replacement, only to come back snd no one knew what I was talking about. They need to get it together and provide better service. Prices are too high to not get what you paid for! I think I’ll just go to other locations and avoid the headaches with this one.

    I had an issue with my order on 5/6. Called in and spoke with a manager who said she would leave a note for replacing the messed up items. When i returned today they gave a huge hassle over the comped food. They asked me what the name of the manager was, when my order was, etc. I showed proof of my periods order in the app but they would not fulfill what the manager said would be free under my name. I don’t have time to make up lies for free food. Get a better system for comped items! I shouldn’t have to beg for CFA to fix an order they origin messed up. Furthermore, the window staff of young employees are unfriendly more often than not.

    The food is amazing, amazing vibes, some highschool kids next to the location are always there, one thing that touched my heart was the elder employee making the kids time at the restaurant a lot more sweeter

    Chick-fil-A most likely is one of the most unpleasant Chick-fil-A‘s. I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been living in Georgia. Majority of my life went there today and the line is always crowding into the parking lot. The attendees that take your order in the drive-through line. Don’t really pull the cars full forward and it’s always just like a logistical nightmare so I drove up to pull forward and when I said good morning the person at the drive-through didn’t speak to me and when I said hey I said good morning. She was like I said good morning already you drove by me and I was like oh I was trying to pull up so if other cars came by that you you know they wouldn’t. It wouldn’t spill into the parking lot which is Chick-fil-A‘s normal procedure so took my order after that rough interaction and then I double tapped my car. It didn’t work double tap tapped it again. She confirmed that it worked. I get to the drive-through window to pick up my order and they asked me my name. I tell them and then they’re like oh your car declined and I’m like well how did it decline when I confirmed that the other spot that it went through and they were like oh our system is very finicky blah blah blah so I was fine with presenting my cardigan, but how the person at the drive-through went about it was very like nonchalant. It was an old man. I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I’m like actually like trying to grab breakfast before. Going to an emergency vet appointment for my dog and she never apologize. She was very dismissive, but I said well what is going on with your system is she just kind of shrugged her shoulders and was like you know and that just really like irritating me because it’s like I’ve already had one bat in action this morning when I come in here or come to this location it’s always very like I don’t get the best customer service of Chick-fil-A standard and she she just like walked away and I wasn’t being rude. I wasn’t being a hostile. I was just explaining the situation and so I asked for her name and then I was she ignored me. I asked for the manager he came out and he immediately wanted to reprimand the first person, but I said honestly it’s all of your staff. Everyone is very unpleasant and I’m gonna write a bad review and you know if your card isn’t working or your issues with the machine you know you should apologize to the customer for the inconvenience. There was nothing wrong with my card so I say all this to say in this review if you plan on coming to this Chick-fil-A, just pack your patience and just know that you’re not gonna get the top to your Chick-fil-A experience that you’re typically used to at other locations.

    10/10 I got this napkin on may the fourth from Larry (one of the workers handing out food who got me a refill!) and it made my day! Thank you guys so much for the little things like this that make CFA special
