- 2#PromosMakeCents 2016Jun 29, 20265.0Because of Karma & José I will literally by pass other Cavas and come to this Cava. I had a bad experience at another Cava & I explained that upon arrival. It was Sunday evening and the location was nearly closing... So naturally I expected a few things to be out but both José & Karma were so helpful & really made the store look good by leaving a great impression. I told them I would leave a review, but I wanted it to be a quality review so it took me a little bit of time but I always keep my word. They definitely are an asset to the team yall have & should be recognized for their quality customer service. Thank both of them and I will be back on another sunday. They definitely deserve to be acknowledged 😉
