  Unfortunately I used to depend on Papa John's being pretty consistent. However the last two times the pizza has not been up to standard at all, especially the crust, but also the sauce and toppings. Something has changed at this location.

  They were going to get a poor review but I never realized how much garbage they had to deal with when it comes to customers. There was an employee that acted like the manager but wasn't had a horrible attitude hung up on me on the phone so I drove up there but what I didn't realize was they had to deal with customers that didn't even place an order calling and cussing them out, customers claiming that they didn't get their food when they did, attitudes from every customer that calls and walks in so they obviously have to deal with a lot. Once I understood that and talk to the gentleman face-to-face that had an attitude with me I realize just how much stuff they had to deal with and I didn't blame him for getting an attitude with me over a petty problem. This is just another lesson learned that you don't know what someone else has going on in their life or in their workplace. You guys are awesome thanks for all you do.
