  If i could give zero stars i would. First off it took almost an hour to even get our drinks. Once we ordered we waited another 45 minutes (which i understand, BUT they were not busy at all!!!!!). not even half the table got our order. it took almost 30 minutes for a guest from our table to say something to someone about our order. the waitress came to the table and said our order “got lost”?!?!?! asked for the manager and honestly it was the most unprofessional manager i’ve ever dealt with. they whispered as they walked away when we mentioned how upset we were. my toddler, two kids, husband, friend and myself never got our order. If it wasn’t for someone from our party asking about the food we probably would have waited another hour, because our server never checked on us or asked if we were okay or needed anything. I have NEVER had a bad experience until now. the waitress Monika never apologized until right before we left! honestly i loved buffalo wild wings until now! so unprofessional and horrible service!!!!

  This place is an absolute joke! Got sat down and forgotten about for over 2 hours. Second time the restaurant was maybe half way full and they couldn’t seat us. They get paid wether they let people eat or not and it shows. Manager isn’t any better when you talk to him

  My family and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings on Watson blvd Warner Robins this evening. We had the worst experience there. Food wasn’t good, service was terrible, and we had to get up and get our own napkins and condiments. We have been to this location a lot, but after that experience. We will not be going back.

  Very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. We sat outside and waited for over 20 minutes without being attended to. The waitress never greeted us, never asked for our drinks, and never once said “I’ll be right with you.” She kept walking past our table without even acknowledging us. To make things worse, other customers arrived after us and she attended to them first. She had a rude attitude and looked upset the entire time. When we finally decided to leave, she clearly saw us get up and walk past her, and instead of apologizing or saying anything at all, she just looked at us and turned away. Terrible customer service. We felt ignored, unwelcome, and disrespected. Definitely not the experience we expected.

  We walked in today to eat lunch with some friends. We have one of those super picky kids who was bent on Wendy’s instead so we picked up a kids meal to bring over. They refused to let him have it here. I’m now sitting in their front patio so my son can eat his meal while my wife and friends are already inside waiting on us. I understand a no outside food and drink policy but I believe it’s a bit extreme to enforce on a 4 year old
