    The wrong table kiosk was on our table when we paid. After we paid, they got the right one and brought it to us to pay again. They had the manager reverse the first payment and said it would be refunded to our bank. It has been since July 2 and still NOTHING!!!! Check your bill before you pay.

    You can walk into a liquor store with a photo of your id or get pulled over with just a photo and you’re fine but the minute you walk into Buffalo Wild Wings it’s an issue. The manger and the server we had both had a nasty attitude about it. My boyfriend even tried to buy the drink for me and they wouldn’t let him.

    Friday at 5pm and they stopped sitting people when they were half full. We were the last to sit and they said that we wouldn't be able to order for 30 min. Kitchen was backed up because "so many people ordered sampler platters". Not well managed.

    Ordered 15pc on door dash to split with my husband. Items came missing 5 of the 15 wings. Door dash only offers a very small portion not equivalent to the price we paid when 1/3 of our meal was missing. This is on the store and the employee(s) who prepared our order. The ticket even says 15 wings and the 3 flavors we selected. The food tasted good but now we are still hungry and everything has closed. This isn't the first time we have had missing items from THIS location. The careless mistakes like this need to be addressed. It takes less than 20 seconds to double check a ticket with an order. Train your employees better, management. We understand mistakes happen, but this was our dinner. And now, we are still hungry.

    My wife, my two sons, and I came to Buffalo Wild Wings on Friday for the 3:00 PM USA soccer match. We've always considered this our favorite place to watch sports, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. When we arrived, there was a sign instructing customers to seat themselves. The restaurant was not particularly busy at that point, yet more than half of the tables we attempted to sit at were dirty, covered with liquid, or appeared not to have been cleaned from previous guests. After finally finding a booth in the bar area, we were told that we could not sit there. Another group of customers was told the same thing. We moved and didn't think much of it at the time. However, a short while later, we watched a couple come in and be directed to that same booth by the same server who had told us we couldn't sit there. The interaction was friendly, with laughing and conversation as if they knew each other. Maybe there was a reason for it, but from a customer's perspective it certainly appeared that rules were being applied differently depending on who you were. Once seated, our server greeted us and took our drink order. My wife ordered the USA-themed margarita promotion, and I planned to order the special 100-ounce Michelob Ultra tower that was being advertised for the match. Those promotions were part of the reason we chose Buffalo Wild Wings for the game. Then everything stopped. Our drinks never arrived. Nobody returned to take our food order. We sat there for approximately 45 minutes watching the match while receiving absolutely no service beyond the initial drink order. The most frustrating part was watching customers who arrived after us receive attention while our drinks had still not been made. At one point, our server approached the bartender and expressed concern about how long we had been waiting. The bartender looked in our direction and laughed. Whatever the context may have been, that is what we witnessed from our table after already waiting an unreasonable amount of time. Even more surprising was the complete absence of management. During the entire 45 minutes we were there, I never saw a manager check on guests, help staff, address concerns, or take control of what was clearly becoming a service issue. This review is not about wanting free food or compensation. It's about disappointment. My wife, my two sons, and I came to enjoy a USA soccer match at a place we have supported for years. Instead, we spent nearly an hour waiting for drinks that never came, never got the opportunity to order food, and eventually left. The most disappointing part wasn't the wait itself. It was feeling like nobody noticed, nobody cared, and nobody was accountable. After years of choosing Buffalo Wild Wings as our go-to sports spot, we left without a drink, without food, without enjoying the promotions that brought us there, and questioning whether we'll ever return.
