They told me it would be a 17-minute wait, which was fine, but after waiting 20 minutes they said 10 more minutes, and then after that, another 5 minutes. On top of that, they had no salad, no ketchup, and my sandwich order was wrong. All I saw were really young employees and no manager around at all. Pretty bad service.
