I could understand paying a small charge for a drink, but charging $3.20 for a cup filled with ICE is excessive. Wingstop, y’all can do better than this. I left more disappointed by the charge than anything else. $3.20… for ICE. 🧊💀

Offering ranch or blue cheese with wings should be standard, just like providing ketchup with an order of fries. What makes it even more frustrating is spending well over $100 on wings and still being charged extra for something that most customers consider a basic accompaniment to the meal. It feels like nickel-and-diming customers rather than providing good service and value. The food may be decent, but policies like this leave a bad impression and make customers feel unappreciated. When you’re already paying premium prices, complimentary dipping sauce shouldn’t be too much to ask.

I got back in the car and drove back over and the young lady said what I ordered doesn't come with ranch. I am scratching my head because I spent $24.05 and would have to pay for dipping sauce extra. It was a teachable moment and I will add them to my list not no visit anytime soon. She was kind enough to give me 2 cups of ranch since I had to drive back.

I had to pay $1.57 to get ranch with my wings total was $18.. overly priced and a bit of a ripoff considering it’s lacking sauce in the wings too.
