  Went to go into lobby at 11:45 and the store hours say til 2am and they wouldn't let me in. Told me I have to go thru drive thru.. I hate drive thru

  Shrinkage seems to be rampant, Very very small portions, it’s almost like they are rationing rather than making the items “by the book” Bad management trying to cut costs. This mentality will hurt your bottom line eventually. I’ll never go back and drop 20 bucks on tacos and 1 beef burrito when Chipotle is a few miles down the street. This Taco Bell is not a good value.

  Are they scared to take more than one order at a time. This is ridiculous! I’m counting 10 cars in the line and you’re serving one car at a time! Do better!!

  Was cursed out for asking for a real person tried to smile and apologize just to get cursed out more low-key ruining my day I just wanted to speak to a person not be called names and be made fun of i hope they get new people who are nice the only nice person is some older bearded gentleman and need more like him( the guy that cursed me out looked like this )

  Ordered on the kiosk, checked in with my mobile device, and 25 minutes later the manager said I did not order food. I showed them my order history on the app and the manager did not refund me or get me the food, what a joke.
