  Love Sonic to death but every single time, like clock work, there is some form of peanut butter in my shake. Which sucks because I am allergic!! Unfortunately, the risk for me isn’t worth it anymore. Just drive down to Dairy Queen.

  I came for slushies for my kids it was a Sunday afternoon and no cars hardly any customers so figured be quick . After a couple minutes I moved becuz the screens are messed up and thought maybe it didn't activate button so after seeing no more customers coming and still ain't answering I moved a couple spots til I found a working screen saying button activated. After another couple mins I looked up numbed tried to call store to place order . Still no answer. So I moved over to store and walked up openrd the door and a kid met me and I asked how to do my order cuz I cant figure out online I tried calling and I went to 5 of these empty spaces. I just want to order slushies for my kiddos. So then I sat out at table in rain a few more minutes and a girl finally came back from delivering an order and I asked her can someone take my order . And she looked all rudely at me and said the buttons work and even though there was no other cars here in parking lot I still was waiting for someone to take my order I am still here during this whole review now hoping to get my slushies still. They definitely need to do a lil better around here this is so ridiculous I have never once had trouble at a sonic anywhere in the usa that are like this one for dang sure so I had to leave this great review . Oh update ...just had my slushies brought out and get this .... 😂...total was $7.66 and I gave her 8 bucks . Then she didn't even try to see if I wanted my damn change or say anything. Lmao be glad I'm in a good mood and it's Sunday , because I'm 50 years old and there was a point in my life when the mere 34 cents was important cuz I kept for my kids Christmas all my change. Definitely needs a 0 rating here. Extremely unprofessional rude and apparently stealing from people by not bringing my change or saying anything about my change just assume I have it to the sonic corporation for this shitty service. Very disappointed in this establishment the management needs to to better if they can't get the employees to get better. Come on sonic pretty restaurant u got experience today for dang 😃 sure

  Haven't been to one for years, don't plan on returning. I spot out my fry & even mint candy before I could chew it. Yuck

  Wish I could have said we had a great experience but drove from almost 40 minutes away to attempt to have a good meal. Tried to place the order waited forever for someone to respond. When they did it took forever to get the food. When we finally got out food items were missing and our burgers were messed up... it took 3 different employees including the manager to finally come out the last time. By the time the food was corrected I lost my appetite and just wanted to leave after sitting there for almost an hour and a half. Got home and honestly food was not great and all though the manager did apologize and try to fix everything its just not worth it so honestly wont be back

  I dont know what has happened to sonic. every one I go to has poor service and food. this was definitely better service and food than most ive been to.*edited* I sat in a stall pressing the call button for 30 min before anyone acknowledged me. this is absolutely ridiculous. this is the second time a very long acknowledgement has happened here. now when I Uber I will not take pick ups from this establishment ever again.
