  Ordered a chili cheese dog which came out in the very bottom of our bag with all the other food stacked on top of it. Also, paid with cash and they didn’t have enough change to give us the proper amount back and didn’t even round up from $0.96

  I never had a worse experience than I had at this sonic. They ran me off with a very sour attitude before I could explain to them why I was upset for waiting so long on the two orders I had been eating on for over 30 minutes. Then when I finally had enough and spoke up for myself, the intire staff there told me that they don’t care and to leave! I held my tongue but I did not want to after their lack of doing anything for the company they represent. This sonic needs to fire everyone there and hire a whole new staff thet can do the job they were givin! This generation has no work ethic and the company hiring them does not know how to teach them “kids” how to work and prosper in today’s economy. It’s a shame that sonic has these sorry employees working for them.

  Took roughly 30 minutes to get 2 Sonic blasts. After pressing the red button, we weren’t helped for about 10 minutes. Decided to order online to speed up the process. After it stated that the food was ready and a staff member was on the way, we had to re-dial the staff due to still not receiving the food after 20 minutes. Some staff were distracted flirting with other customers.

  Food take probably 20 minutes to come out, even though it wasn't busy. And once the food came out they needed my card. i gave it to the lady and she tapped it and said it isn't working and went inside to charge it. She ended up charging the card 4 times and said the transaction didn't went through. The manager came out and basically told me there was nothing he could do. So I was charged $44 for a sonic meal and was inconvinced because the workers there have no idea how to charge or chargeback a card. Honestly pathetic. Do not go here.
