  Tonight me and my husband decided to go to sonic! We ORIGINALLY pulled up at 9:45 and pressed the button to order 5-6 different times! We went to multiple different stalls thinking the stall we were at was broken because no one ever came over the speaker to take our order!! I decided to CALL the store while sitting in their parking lot to double check that they were still taking orders. The lady answered told me that they were still accepting orders until 2am so I said yes ma’am and hung up!! We then switched to a different stall because it’s now 10:45 and still no one has taken our order!! We have sat here for an hour at this time !! And then at 11:04 they decided to take our order!! And then said it was gonna be a while wait because there’s only one kitchen staff!! So in the end we will have probably sit there for about 2 hours or more.

  Placed a mobile order at 5:45, and didn’t recieve my food until I had to flag down an employee around 6:10. Despite the fact that I watched multiple other orders being taken out while I waited for mine.

  May 17th. Ordered a single cherry limeade at 137p. Got to my car at 157p. A. Single. Drink. Took. 20. Minutes. They stopped the time after 3 minutes saying "your server is headed your way", but took about 17 to actually bring it out. Also, here's an idea. How about you make the signage for broken stalls visible BEFORE you pull in??
