  I am beyond disappointed with the customer service we received from this Pizza Hut location. Our pizza was delivered to the wrong house, and the delivery photo clearly proves it. The picture wasn’t of our home, and the mailbox number is rifht at our driveway so it's not hard to miss. Despite having their own evidence, the female employee on the phone insisted that my mom was lying. Instead of apologizing for the mistake or trying to make things right, the woman on the phone argued with my mom for far too long, was rude, disrespectful, and even threatened to file a police report over a $30 order of pizza and breadsticks. That’s fine with us because we did absolutely nothing wrong. The delivery photo speaks for itself. We weren’t looking for free food or trying to scam anyone. We simply wanted the order we paid for delivered to the correct address. It’s shocking that a loyal customer would be treated this way over an obvious delivery error. Mind you the employee said on the phone that they have delivered here multiple times so she knows we are repeat customers. The complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service is unacceptable. Losing loyal customers over a mistake that was clearly your own is disappointing and completely avoidable. This experience was embarrassing for your business, and you should be ashamed of how it was handled.

  Drystan was very helpful when I came in the store, he had a great personality and was very kind and knowledgeable with any questions I had regarding the menu! Excellent customer service, I will definitely be returning here again.

It was also wonderful to see how your positive attitude and cheerful spirit inspired your staff and created such a welcoming atmosphere. Please keep being the incredible person you are.   This is my second time ordering from this Pizza Hut and will be my last. The service is always good, but the order is always wrong or dried out. The 1st time I ordered two thin crust pizzas with chicken & garlic parm sauce and it was sooooo dried out. This time I ordered the pep pizza with light sauce & extra cheese. All that sauce on my plate came from one slice. They burnt the crust you couldn’t even eat it.
