  On Aug 22 at 9pm I ordered 3 personal pan pizzas and they were perfectly cooked and fast service. I also spoke to the manager who was very pleasant she was very professional. Thank you for the wonderful service and I will be coming back.

  😁Been to this location in Cartersville, several times, picking up as a delivery person. During multiple occasions the store has been unbelievably busy yet... I must say, I have never been as impressed as I was each and every time at the very quick, friendly and extremely competent employee "Jafa Powder". He handled the situation each time efficiently and with such professionalism. Wish all employees I've encountered at various establishments were like he has been. I definitely would recommend this location as the products and my experiences were still excellent and deserving of 5 stars no matter the situation. Keep up the great work! 😉

  I ordered two pizzas and breadsticks for my family, and it took over two hours for our food to be delivered. After waiting that long, the entire order was wrong. A two-hour wait is already unacceptable, but receiving an incorrect order on top of it made the experience even worse. Very disappointing service, especially when you're ordering dinner for your family.

  Drove 450 miles , exhausted and ordered Pizza Hut for the first time in 25 years. Ordered the pizza wing combo box through Uber Eats. It printed out wrong on the Pizza Hut side. Arron the manager took ZERO RESPONSIBILITY, didn’t care at all and put it on uber. If he really knew his job that order should have been questioned as the box comes with pizza or melt second choice wings or fries. He is not only untrained and doesn’t care about his customer base. Pizza Hut as a company should be ashamed that they don’t train the staff. Pass the buck, not my fault, I don’t care mentality is Pizza Huts true identity. Disgusting!! Just ask Arron the manager at this location! Mrs. Terry thank you for trying to do the right thing. It would have cost this location $3 in food cost to make it right. Franchise owner should have shop taken from them by corporate! This is not the only customer service issue this location has had. Apparently these reviews don’t matter to the owner. Some BS reply to appease the process and corporate….. never actually accepting responsibility and fixing this ongoing problem.

  Where do I start with this wonderful human. I placed order at wrong location unfortunately, but Emily immediately began to attempt to correct the issue. She was so welcoming, passionate about customers experience (which is a dying experience in society today). I was so very impressed. From the moment Emily spoke with me until correcting the problem she stayed dedicated to insuring I left satisfied and the issue was corrected. Exceptional customer service. Couldn't have been better. She called several times speaking with customer service to fix the issue while at the same time balancing servicing other customers. I love my experience with her.
