    Very disappointing experience. I got home and discovered that my food was not fully cooked. The meat was still red and appeared to be raw ground beef. Given the amount I paid for the meal, this is completely unacceptable and raises serious food safety concerns. I attempted to contact the store to report the issue, but I was unable to get through. The phone line was constantly busy, or it seemed as though the phone had been left off the hook. I have photos documenting the undercooked food. I expected much better quality and customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

    I’m sorry you have to do your job ANDREW but if you hate it so much quit don’t treat people rudely @12am when I just want a $3 drink Making us get back in line and waste our time because one of your employees didn’t ring up our order right, and instead of fixing the issue we brought to your attention you decided to argue with us like a 13 yr old teenager

    Food was fresh & good, but the employees were so rude & disrespectful. Waited for 2 minutes to even be acknowledged, turned up my radio to listen to music and got met with "this is mcdonalds were busy we will be right with you in a minute." Overheard her being just as rude to the second drive through. Interrupting the gentleman ordering and saying "I got that already. I got it. I got it." When he was trying to correct something. When we were attended to, she wouldn't let us finish ordering, after every item/sauce she kept saying "pull up to the second window". Ordered buffalo & ranch, screen & receipt both show it was buffalo, got tamgy BBQ. They fought us on exchanging the sauces. Took 5-10 mins to do so. Im allergic to ingredients in most bbq sauces, so i literally couldn't eat it if I wanted to. Took almost half an hour to get in and our of the drive through. I work in real restaraunts and have worked in fast food, I get it, but there's no need to be rude and snippy with customers. If you hate your job so much, quit it.

    I've always had a bad experience with getting my coffee made properly i.e. lattes, Carmel coffee, regular etc. On Saturday I ordered a caramel iced coffee with espresso, cream and caramel drizzle. I go to window after using my reward points¹. Then I go to the last window to pick up my coffee, then I was told there is no coffee. No coffee at all!! Then the manager comes to the window and I over hear her state there is no coffee. So she takes the coffee container away. I was then told to go wait at the number 2 pick up parking space and wait for my drink. I waited 25 plus minutes and no one came so I went in. I stood at the counter an additional 5 minutes before anyone came over. The manager proceeds to tell me that someone should have come out to the car to tell what was going on. The manager tells me " Her young staff don't want to work and wasn't going to make coffee". Didn't make and wasn't going go make anymore. Before this message from the manager I was told that the latte Machine needed to be clean and there was no coffee available. I am so confused, baffled and irritated with the entire ordeal. To top it off the prices for adding anything to coffee are too high. I will not give them my business anymore. I've lived in the area 20 + yrs and I've never seen such an inconsistent operated business be run and stay in business. Hire some competent and reliable employees PLEASE.
