  Here’s the review: 1/5 ⭐ Extremely unprofessional staff. If they don’t want to do their job, why should customers be the ones to suffer? Placed my order at 6:18 AM. This is a truck stop — drivers are working, we’re on a schedule. After waiting 30 minutes I walked up to the counter, and only at that moment did they start preparing my food. Half an hour just sitting there doing nothing. And on top of that — when the order was finally ready, they forgot the extra sausage and extra folded egg I paid for. Just didn’t put them in. Gone. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. Do better.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  Wow. Stated too busy to put eggs on a wrap. 2 cars in parking lots and saw workers just walking around .Plus not friendly at all and looked like manager. I have been there multiple times and no problem at all. Locations is cass white rd in Cartersville Ga. Dont recommend if same manager is there

  The food is good! But,$19 for adults but to be fair our grandchildren ate for free so it works out. Also they do fill you dishes as you empty them. You will not leave hungry.

  Workers were not pleasant. Only appears that one employee was working the others were just clowing around. All the tables were dirty. Ordered for inside but they packed food to go called a number but the kiosk was not giving receipts and the workers knew this so you had to guess if it was yours. Food was good and fries were hot.

  Ok Just because you are busy doesn't give you the right to be rude. I order a caramel ice coffee EVERYDAY, which means I know difference between ice coffee and a caramel ice coffee. I know you don't add many squirts of caramel unless you pay extra. HOWEVER A CARAMEL COFFEE, YOU ATLEAST TASTE CARMEL. ALL I got was an iced coffee. I Brought to the employees attention expecting them to correct it. Only to be met with RUDENESS. She didnt make my coffee So how would she know if had caramel in my cup. I expected her to fix it & add caramel. Instead she said it only gets 1 squirt as she going to grab my cup. Since she made comment about how much is added, it was obvious she wasnt going to fix my coffee so I said I don't think your going taste it to PROVE THERE IS NO CARAMEL. I just figured they would fix the coffee. Instead I was met with a RUDE has a nice day then. Just wanted my caramel ice coffee not an ice coffee. While I'm tasting coffee to see if I really have no caramel they take my bag of food back took food out due to another employee putting someone elses food in my bag.
