  Be aware if you order online to go pick up, they will jip you on the meat. Legit the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. No meat all bread, disgusting and drowned in oil. My fiancé had the same type of sandwich. I love jimmy John’s and I KNOW their sandwiches come with meat and are much better than that nastiness I was just served and spent over $30 on. Disappointed.

  Since the Thai Chicken wrap came back, I've been a daily customer. Yesterday, I decided to go ahead and order 2 so I wouldn't have to get out the next day. When my order was called, the guy said "2 Thai Chicken wraps". When I got home, I only had 1 Thai Chicken and 1 chicken with mayo. Seriously how do you get confused when making 2 identical wraps? It had a different type chicken, no carrot noodle things and mayo on it. From now on, I'll go to a different JJ if I want anything.

  Mi had a roastbeef sandwich it was terrible,the cheese looked old they said onions so the was onions and some baked onions it was just terrible
