- T1TFM 1Apr 30, 20263.0My family makes it a routine to visit here on Saturday mornings. While my wife and son were ordering, they noticed a roach running across the counter. She pointed it out to the clerk which then shrugged, picked it up without gloves, and went back to serving without missing a beat. She did miss washing her hands before grabbing our donuts. They let it go but tossed the food and won't be back. If you do that so casually, there's no telling the corners that are cut when it comes to cleanliness. One negative experience, but that's all it took.

I’m pretty forgiving of food service workers, but it’s gotten so bad that it’s taking 15-20 mins for any basic order.
