- MVMadison VillinesOct 8, 20261.0I hate writing bad reviews and would much prefer to write good reviews but I feel obligated to write this so that management understands how the store is operating. I pulled in to the drive thru at 1:43pm and sat at the drive thru speaker until 1:49pm without a single word from anyone. No communication at all! It would have been acceptable if someone had just mentioned "we are catching up with orders" or "im sorry give me one second" but I heard nothing from the speaker. I even thought maybe they hadnt noticed i was there so I said hello and still heard nothing. Finally, I pulled around and after the car in front of me drove off (which was the ONLY car in the drive thru), I pulled up to the window and 2 associates looked at me from the counter and then proceeded to not speak to me. I waited until 1:53 pm when finally someone opened the window and just said "mobile order?" To which I responded yes. They gave me my order and, after 11 minutes of not hearing from anyone, I got a polite "have a nice day." Very disappointing, truly, to have a team that so severely lacks communication. If I had received any communication from any of the team at any point regarding the timeliness of the service, my review would have been a 4 or 5 star.

I had to go inside in the store to get it fixed. after leaving the store and checking my order they still didn’t put the egg on. I had to go back in a SECOND time to get it corrected AGAIN. the sticker was clearly placed on my box easy to read what i ordered. The whole point of a drive through mobile order is to be quick & to NOT have to go inside. This is very frustrating and a waste of my time to have to go back inside twice.
