I had to go inside in the store to get it fixed. after leaving the store and checking my order they still didn’t put the egg on. I had to go back in a SECOND time to get it corrected AGAIN. the sticker was clearly placed on my box easy to read what i ordered. The whole point of a drive through mobile order is to be quick & to NOT have to go inside. This is very frustrating and a waste of my time to have to go back inside twice.

Shae and Lale made this the first time I've ever had such a genuinely kind and welcoming experience at a coffee shop. I usually go to the Dunkin' in Kennesaw, but I'll gladly go out of my way to visit this location during second shift because of them. Their kindness, positive attitudes, and genuine joy are something you simply can't teach—they've truly mastered it. People could learn a lot from these two. Thank you, ladies, for making my evening a little brighter. Keep being amazing!

And in the process cars coming in and out of the parking lot almost hit you where they tell you to pull. It doesn’t matter if you order at the speaker or have a mobile drive thru order. You’re still waiting.
