First day I ordered and didn't specify that the bagel be toasted, that's on me, I thought it was common sense to toast a bagel. Second day I ordered the sandwich and asked that it be toasted add butter, it was toasted on the outside and butter added to the inside... Third day I was given a croissant, I told them it was wrong explained what I wanted, they "fixed the sandwich" but only toasted one side of the bagel. I don't feel like I'm expecting too much, hopefully the right person sees this and gets some common sense training here.
