  Haven't actually tried the food yet. Laziest DQ owner I've ever met. Unwilling to do anything, had to explain that yes you can add tomato and pickle to a sandwich. Refused to customize a shake. Didn't want to add cheese to a chili dog. Couldn't bother to stand at the window. Or put the lid on a drink all the way!!!! Aaaand cold fries!!!!! Won't let me add photos!! Annnnd the chicken strips were over cooked, dry, and more like chicken bites.

  I arrived at 9:15 pm the posted sign says they close at 9:30 pm there was a neon sign that said drive thru open which is where I was going anyway . I sat there for almost 4 -5 minutes no one ever answered me I drove to the pick up window there was a woman at the register who could clearly see me so I honked the horn it was obvious she was ignoring me I drove around the building and did this same thing again and she walked to the back there was a male worker inside mopping who saw me he had come out back and I yelled to him are you open and he just ignored me. This is a complete disgrace and no telling how long they have been turning customers away. Never again Dairy Queen Cartersville your employees need to be fired and replaced. PERIOD

  Went through drive thru yesterday (Friday 6/12) around 4:45. The young man at the speaker & window was soo polite. I hope he gets recognition for his service. I ordered a milkshake & fries and asked for extra strawberry in the shake - they delivered. & the fries were hot & fresh.

  Give credit where it's due. I called about a drive through order they'd gotten wrong and they were polite and handled it well.

  I ordered on the app but accidentally arrived at this location. The guy at the register was very kind and apologetic, but when I left, it sounded like someone was laughing about the situation. I know this is petty to mention, but I didn't like that at all. However, I ordered through the drive-thru because I didn't want to go back inside, and the food was very good. I will not be returning to this location, and I don't want corporate to contact me further.
