  You're food quality has gone to crap, chicken and onion rings have been overcooked and taste like rubber! Whomever your cook was this afternoon needs to be trained, the Sundae was literally a little pump and not as advertised! For something that cost $10 you need to do better!

  Very disappointing experience. I arrived at approximately 9:35 PM, even though the posted closing time is 10:00 PM. I, along with several other cars, was told they were "closed" and refused service. Employees were standing at the drive-thru window, the lights were still on, and the open sign was still lit, yet they refused to serve anyone. Multiple vehicles were turned away with the same explanation despite the business still being within its posted operating hours. If the store is going to stop serving customers before the advertised closing time, the hours should reflect that. Otherwise, customers are wasting their time driving there expecting the business to honor its posted hours. This was frustrating and unprofessional.
