Their Sofritas was super dry it was crushing like a candy in my mouth and I had to speak with the employee that was there with full of attitude. The employee was rude and didn’t even recognize when I showed her and I asked for manager and she said she is . I asked any one above her and she went to the office and brought the GM . When I tried to explain he shut me down and said “I know it is dry “. And asked if I want another one , with a demeanor and attitude, and I asked him not to provide it to anyone but ignored and left to get me a veggie bowl.

Food crumbs, and dirt on the floor, food crumbs on the table. As we stood in line, we were able to see back into the cooking area and saw the same thing. They’re cooking table was a complete mess with food debris. We turned around and walked out. They need to shape up before we come back there and eat.
