  Well to be honest they seemed s little unorganized. But the positive is that they got our order correct this time.

  Check your bank statements!!! I’ve had at least 2 occasions now where I saw that they charged my card twice for an order. One charge the day of service, then a second charge the very next day! I went in yesterday, was charged, then right now I see that they are currently charging me again! 5/9/2026, even though I’m sitting here at home on my couch! And haven’t left the house all day! No one is answering the phone! So I’m heading down there to speak with someone now.

  We went through this location tonight via the drive-thru around 8:20. A lot of people were standing around laughing, and we stayed in the drive-thru line for over 15 minutes. I got up to the window to get the order and asked the guy for the new jalapeno sandwich sauce and he said oh we are out and was laughing. I said I wouldn't have ordered it he was just like oh well. I said It looks like someone has told me since I told them it was my first time ordering it. He said Oh if they have the iPad they don't know. Pulled around and kids' meals were missing toys in all 3 meals. Do better please

  This Chick fa la restaurant goes above and beyond the call of duty! It can really busy at times, but the food is great, restrooms are clean, the workers are busy keeping it in tip top shape! I especially would like to share a visit a few days ago. Being a woman in my 50's, I ordered my food and sat down before I realized that I needed to go to the restroom. A woman whose name is Lee, came over and asked, if I needed anything? I was by myself at the table and told her that needed to go to the restroom. She said,"Would you like me to watch your food for you?" She said she understood. I told her yes please. She told me to take my time and made sure I took my purse. When I came out she was standing at my table and went about helping anywhere she saw a table needing cleaning, or an order that needed to be taken to a table. She even came by and asked if my water needed filling up? I laughed and told her I hadn't even had the first sip yet., but my salad was gone.😄 She smiled and said, Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate and I laughed. She is a wonderful asset to this Chick-fil-A restaurant! I enjoy going to this location!

  We hit this location just around noon. Even though there was quite the crowd, our food came out quickly....hot and fresh. The strawberry hibiscus lemonade is wonderful.
