There's no way that they had been cooked within the last 2 hours. Tried to call. Of course they just forward the cost of voicemail every time. No one answers so can't reach a manager or anything.

Ended up just driving off, employees should not make customers feel like they are such a burden for asking simple questions. This was 7/4, just after 7pm. Whoever that employee is should have an attitude adjustment.

Order a steak and tomato biscuit with extra tomato and get a steak biscuit. Steak, egg and cheese, you get just chicken. Customer service is terrible too. You get handed a bag, then the person turns like there is more to your order, but thats it. No "there you go" or "thanks, have a good day." There is one guy here with tattoos that actually has good customer service skills. Pitiful management, which sucks. Have you ever really wanted to like a place, but they refuse to let you.
