Absolutely despicable place to eat. The manager was extremely unprofessional and tried to argue me down over sauce that he forgot to put in my bag. Instead of fixing the issue, he wanted to go back and forth with a customer. Staff definitely needs better training and customer service

Very disappointing to get my husband to bring me home a French dip sandwich and find out there’s no au jus. That’s the whole point of the sandwich. No sauce at all included in the bag.

The first thing we noticed was the clean parking lot and clean door windows. Inside smelled like fresh food. No funky smells. The gentlemen who took our order was pleasant, uniform was tidy and clean. He repeated our order and asked if we needed anything else. He truly wanted our experience to be special. The sandwiches were hot and fresh. The buns fresh and warm. The meat was hot tasty and oh so delicious. Fries were fresh and hot and perfectly salted. If you are in the neighborhood, give them a try!

I stopped there Friday at 11am for the $7.99 deal. I got the chicken sandwich. Fast service but the food was cold and hard. So I called to speak to the manager and was hung up on. I called again and tried to talk to someone that was rude. She asked did I want a new meal and I said no. I only wanted an apology. Besides why would I visit there again when the food was terrible and now you have a attitude when let you know u missed the mark. Never again Arby's.
