  Front counter person was friendly. It was ashamed I didn't get her name, but she waited on this family, the guy looked like a rock star, so it was after 9pm, so she will remember because she liked his outfit. She was able to wait on us, deliver food to our table and do her sidewalk. I caught her doing her job well. I am not sure how old she was but it was the Arby's off Walnut street. If we had of had the money we would have tipped her, so we showered her with compliments. It was a pleasure to serve and be served.

  Went through the drive tru and got my order pulled of of parking lot and started to hand out sandwiches. At this time we realized all the food was cold. In fact mine felt as if the bread came out the refrigerator. I turned around and went in the store. I was greeted by an employee. She asked what she could help me with. I said all this food is cold. She immediately got attitude and yelled at me saying she watched the other lady make it. I responded and said sorry but its cold can you make it fresh. She refused and said she wouldn't. I said I would like a refund. She said no . I asked for manager at this point. Her reply was there not gonna do it either. I had pulled out my phone because she was getting out of hand. She immediately says why does everyone do that. I guess this isn't the first time she has had a bad attitude. She then called and manager did refund. I will never go back to this location. Not first time got old food. Its never busy. I guess i know why now. Shame on you Arby's. This lady should not be working in customer service. And should be fired.
