  Placed a mobile order and had to wait 30+ minutes after it was supposedly ready. The drive thru line was crazy slow to the point of me having to go in. Once inside, it took forever just to speak with someone about my order. Then, I still had to wait, only to get a sloppy, overcooked sandwich. The chicken patty was burnt and the sandwich was slathered in mustard and hot honey sauce, which I asked for on the side. There was no mayo on it either. This was my first and last time going here! Some staff had no urgency and appeared uninterested and clueless. So disappointed right now.

  Have visited four times since they opened earlier this month. Twice in the drive-thru and twice dining in. The food has been what I expected at a Whataburger (fresh and tasty). The atmosphere inside is well... what you'd expect from a Whataburger; clean but kind of uninspired. The service has been okay - nothing bad but nothing stellar either. I expect Whataburgers to be run and managed well. We'll see how it holds up over time. For those who hate the wait, understand that your burger doesn't start to cook until you order it. There's no old food, getting stale under a heat-lamp. You're going to have to wait... if you go through the drive thru at a busy time, that's on you. Know what to expect and adjust accordingly. Happy to have this place in Carrollton!

  This is a new location and has onky been open a couple of weeks. The young man in the DT was sooo informative and wonderful! It was our first time, so we asked for his recommendation. His description on what he had tried was perfect! Hubby ended up ordering one of his suggestions. I went for a chocolate shake. Although the food was wonderful, and delivered to us really fast, we did have to wait on my shake. Wasn't too bad. About 7 minutes. You could tell it was a syrup blend in vanilla. Maybe not, but that was the taste I got. The syrup was strong and kinda a turn off to me. I didnt finish it. Now back to that food. It was hot and wonderful! We will be going back, and i will try the shake again. Being a former fast food manager/trainer, i can see the "soul" in this location. That alone, made our visit great. We will return!

  WHATABURGER!!! Welcome to Carrollton Its only been a couple weeks since you opened 🫶 we all know with any new opening things can happen, people need to show some grace. But ya'll GOT IT RIGHT! Last night for dinner Tues 6/16/26 was Our 1st time trying it ever in our life Im very satisfied I had the patty melt IT had 2 patties on it On Texas toast Lettuce ,tomato, pickles & grilled onions Monteray cheese ( white slices) No cheddar pepper sauce ,no mayo , no mustard NO sauces at all I chose no sauce added IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! Onion rings..perfect BANANA PUDDING MILK SHAKE Yas super YUMMMY The STRAWBERRY HIBISCUS LEMONADE...so REFRESHING & TODAY we tried the breakfast 6/17/26 honey butter chicken biscuits And the Breakfast Burger Both Absolutely delicious! Kids meal nuggets & fries Prize & choc chip cookie GRANDKIDS did the happy food dance 🤣 while eating Apple pies are better than MCD'S Yes so far a great experience Fyi, when you order meals or drinks large....YOU GET A HUGE DRINK cup Like the drink size Route 44 at sonic Look out Waffle House the Whataburger Patty Melt you got some competition 🤩 I said what I said 🤣
