  It's taco bell, so the food is great, ok taco bell great The service stinks. How could fast food take over 20 minutes and two inquiries where our food was. There were a total of eight people waiting for food. Did I mention fast food?? Not sure where the fast part of that went. I saw three drive through cars come through and no one got their food. 30 minutes late, one couple received there food.

  I waited 20 minutes for just 2 tacos. They said they prioritize the drive through but I had made my order ahead of time and there were only 3 cars there. It took me two people before I could even get a refund. After that they wouldn’t even give me my food because I got a refund which is absolute bs. I should be able to get the food I waiting 20 minutes for just to not have food or time to get anything else for my lunch break. Maybe consider hiring more people or delegating better.

  If your not familiar with the new koas way of ordering, you maybe waiting for a long time. The food lacked taste & the size and price of their mixed type soda drinks is misleading.

  Placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru. Employee stated that my order had already been picked up. I did not receive my food which was $30+!! Employee told me there was “NOTHING SHE COULD DO ABOUT!” Very irresponsible and very rude!
