  Great pizza. But I sure hate calling and 666 being in the phone number. Really????? Do better. I almost didn’t do not call.

  I bought 5 pizzas and they were all under cooked and doughy when I called to complain I was hung up on i was told I'd get a refund and it's weeks after and I still haven't received my refund the employees aren't friendly this was my last attempt at this store and maybe pizza hut all together it's just not good anymore

  Every time I order here something is missing and calling the store to tell someone about it is impossible they never answer the phones. I called today for my blue cheese and wings and they said they personally bagged and handed out my food to my driver. She said well then the driver took your good I'll give you a credit but that's all I can do. I am glad someone finally answered the phone. I'm not happy at the fact that the person that did answer acted like I was lying about my missing items and then say the driver took it but she can't just send me my wings and blue cheese back out to me.

  I honestly dont understand why this establishment gets such a bad review, the pizza is never truly as bad as the other reviews say it is, the costumer service- although having predominantly younger staff they are doing their best and never once did I have a bad experience nor bad attitude whatsoever. The last 2 times I've ordered for pick up for my pizzas, there's been a certain young lady with dark blonde hair who seems to be running the place as efficiently as possible... its honestly quite concerning the way everything is depended onto her, but I always to remember on giving a great tip! PLEASE BOOST THIS REVIEW YALL!!!

  Ordered on Saturday 28 Mar and did a carry out order of 3 large pan pizzas. The pizza was barely edible. Threw away one entire pizza because it was so bad nobody would eat the leftovers. The so-called pan type crust was not allowed to raise properly and was half the height as usual and doughey in the middle. The edges were the same height as the rest of the crust and it tasted nasty. It looked like they were running out of dough and only used half the dough as usual. I am a long time Pizza Hut lover, but this is by far the very worst Pizza Hut Pizza I have ever encountered. Stay away from this place!!! I'll never go back to this franchise again.
