Pizza was half raw, breadsticks soaked in butter with no seasoning and pasta barely had anything in the bottom of the pan. Worst experience I've had at a pizza hut.

Just got home to eat our pizza and its like they forgot to put cheese on it. And it looks over cooked. Hard as a rock. I just wish you could get what you pay for. Very dissatisfied!

Alex kept calm during an interaction with a very rude man. The guy came in and said he was picking up an order , then he proceeded to pay with a $100 bill. The order total was around $40 something from what I overheard and alex proceeded to tell him that he didn’t have enough change to break it because they opened less than 3 hours ago. The guy proceeded to ask if he was getting us food for free and alex kindly pointed him into the direction of a bank where he could get change. The rude man said that it was the cashiers fault for not providing enough change but in my 4 years of working pizza I’ve never had enough change on a Sunday morning to break a 100. I believe that alex handled the situation to the best he could and the grown man needs to learn how to handle his temper

Hands downs some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. I spoke to Alex and tried to pay for my food and they didn’t have change. I asked him for the corporate number in which he refused to provide. I’ll post more on my next review on how he said I was throwing a tantrum just saying that it’s his duty as a manager to make sure they have change for customers. He then proceeds to tell me that he has change in the safe in the form of $1’s and $5’s but still refused service. I’d love to hear from the store manager to let know play by play what happen. Remember people there are plenty of opitions for pizza in our town and to support someone as unprofessional as Alex would be a disservice to yourself. As you can see this place I went to after Alex refusing service is hands down the best and cheaper.

Why offering “too good to go” surprise bags and then not having anything? Just stop it or turn it off saying that there is nothing so people don’t loose their money!
