They didn't even offer us the cups we had to yell to the back of the kitchen to get help. Very rude about our refund zaira should never have a customer service job. Noone was wearing name tags or anything. I think some of the people in the kitchen didn't even work there. Manager refused to give his name. Worst McDonald's experience. There are several others to choose from.
