  Asked for light ice they put it on the receipt but told me they can’t do light ice then my drink wasn’t even full had way to much ice no sauce in the bag they act like they lose money from their check when they have to do something a little extra. Don’t go here your order won’t be right and if you have a customized order they won’t do anything but make it normal

  Ordered my food 30 minutes before they stopped serving breakfast and whenever I got in the there at 11:00 I looked at my phone and it said that the order was cancelled horrible

  Dear McDonald’s Customer Care Team, I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding a recent experience at your restaurant located at 1175 Bankhead Highway in Carrollton, GA on April 26, 2026. I placed a DoorDash order at 5:58 AM, totaling $16.34. Due to delays at the restaurant, my order took over an hour to be prepared and delivered. During this time, my Dasher communicated that the order had been sitting and waiting, which raised reasonable concerns about the freshness and quality of the food. To address this, I made a simple and reasonable request—through the Dasher—for the sausage biscuit with cheese to be remade so it would be hot and fresh upon arrival. I was initially informed that the order would be remade. However, after additional delay, the manager refused to remake the item. This situation reflects two key concerns: 1. Excessive preparation delay resulting in compromised food quality 2. Refusal by management to correct the issue, despite a reasonable request under the circumstances As a paying customer, I expect timely service and food prepared to standard. In this case, neither expectation was met. I am requesting: * A review of this incident with the management team at this location * Appropriate corrective action to ensure customer service standards are upheld * Compensation for the inconvenience and substandard experience I have retained screenshots of my order, timestamps, and communication with the Dasher and can provide them upon request. I didn’t get my food until 7:20am. Side note 📝 If a customer purchases food from your restaurant twice a week for the past few years, and they ask you to remake a biscuit because it’s cold, the best business decision is to remake the biscuit so you can keep getting money from them. You don’t lose a longtime customer over a biscuit that cost the company 20 cents and watch hundreds of dollars walk out the door. BUSINESS Class 101.
