Every single time I order delivery from this location, they just don't deliver my food. On one occasion, they apparently lost my ticket (not sure what this means) so when I called, they were able to deliver my order to me two hours after I initially ordered and the rest of my orders recently just haven't been delivered at all. I've had to call the corporate line to get a refund which then takes time to get the money back. If this happened every once in a while, it would be fine, it's a mistake, but this has been every time I've ordered from this location. It's hard enough to coordinate my lunch break with my coworkers, but then not having your food you've already paid for delivered just sucks. The one time they actually delivered my order without any issue, they forgot one of the items. :( I will say they're usually nice about it, but after the third time this happens, nice just doesn't make up for not getting what I've paid and waited for.
