  The donut holes were cold, like just got them out of the freezer cold , staff was rude… Will not go back to this Dunkin’s

  The manager Nichole is very disrespectful. She refused to give me a refund after my order was made wrong and didn’t even offer to fix it. The store is very unsanitary. The debit system is always down also. The store is always out of stock on basic items and necessities like swirls.

  The young ladies in there are so polite and respectful we went in the front and Braylin was wonderful and very helpful

  I didn't want to write this review but I felt it had to be done. The management at this establishment is horrible! They say they'll work with your schedule but do the opposite. From what I have heard she is a very irresponsible manager and plenty of others that work there say it. They over work the high school students too much and don't work with the college students schedule. I really love Dunkin but I'll never be attending it again because of the management.
