  Had a small problem with my order and these young men were so sweet and fixed it for me with no problem! Great service!! Great food!!

  I feel like you have to go out of your way to make a kids cheese quesadilla wrong… I mean did you even try? Store wasn’t even busy or near closing time. 6 pm on Thursday, May 7th. Holy crap can’t believe this was $8 I should’ve just stayed home lmao

  04/15/2026 @ 8:20 ish Let me start off by saying the young dark skin man who was working the line was very very respectful and helpful! Made my order exactly how I wanted it! He was trying to work fast even though he was the only one on the line actually working! He was doing the best he could with many empty bins as well! As we traveled down the line my bowl was being created I asked for majority of my items to be on the side due to me splitting the bowl in 2 meals! The young man begins making the sides for my bowl. As the sides pile up on the bar the manager comes by very rude and ask him what’s all the sides about. I asked for 2 of each of the sides except hot and gac. He proceeded to tell her that. Then she looks up at me and says we’re going to have to charge you for that… with 0 customers service skills It was really weird as if she was brewing for a fight or a negative response. I had 0 issues with paying for wht she called the additional sides… I was under the impression from when I formally worked with the company and a line employee the bowls could be created however the customer wanted as I came in to the store… online it’s a little different… none the less I had no issue paying for the additional “sides” even though there is never a issue when toppings are doubled on the bowl it’s self.. I was more put off by the very rude demeanor and attitude of the manager. There was no apology for the young man not informing me there was an up charge no indication that he was new or did not know. Then to watch her pick and choose which sides she wanted to charge me for was comical. I never get gac. 18$ later I left knowing the chipotle across town cares about how they come off to there customers… unfortunately I’ll travel over to that location to get the same business only because the employees know how to speak to the customers and appreciate the business I gave… The very very rude attitude of the light skin woman manager was so off putting genuinely made me feel like this particular chipotle didn’t need my business anymore… which is sad because I did end up paying extra… after just saying ok to the initial statement… I had no issue paying for the extra. Basically the cost of a whole additional bowl. I feel like At least if I’m doing that the manager can speak to people with kindness and a friendly demeanor! Like the line worker was! It’s just rice and chicken… just sad this is the level of customer service that’s deemed acceptable these days! I know when I was rolling quesorrito’s & serving margaritas no matter wht kinda day I was having outside the restaurant I still had to smile and be friendly even when educating customers on new policies… It was news to me that the sides were extra. Any location I’ve visited before never had this rule. None the less I’m aye ok with paying for exactly wht I want no matter the cost…. I just don’t want to be treated rudely for it! Thx chipotle! I gave 2 stars because I didn’t want to take away from the young man with dreads that was actually very very helpful! He definitely deserves 5 stars! He took a moment to explain this location was cracking down on cameras and policies sorry for the inconvenience! As i replied no inconvenience at all i appreciate getting exactly wht i ordered… The manager I would give 1 star and De-escalating training classes. Tone and body language matter… especially in food industry… very disappointed! Thankful the new chipotle just opened in VR! New home base because even if they charge me it will be with a smile 😊

  Restaurant refused to make my Uber Eats order and accused me of Fraud and turned away multiple drivers and lied and stated I placed the order multiple times when it was only placed once. After 2 hours I got in contact with a driver and they filled me in on this information. I tried calling the restaurant and it all goes to AI and I can’t get ahold of a manager. This is very classless and disgusting customer service. I will be escalating to corporate.
