  This chick-fil-a is the WORST one I’ve even been to throughout different states like omg… I came inside to get two drink and the employees where just standing around and laughing. It took 3 minutes just for someone to come take my order.

  this is the worst chick fil a i’ve genuinely ever been too, and i’ve been up there multiple times. they are slow and uncoordinated. one time i waited in the line for 3-4 minutes, while the members looked at me with this confused look in their eyes, like im there too order, HELLO. most of them act like they don’t even want to be there. most of the time when i walk in there, there is absolutely no one at the front counter. this is absurd behavior at a “chick fil a” if you even want to call it that. genuinely have never been so dissatisfied with one until now

  None of the Carrollton Chickfilas are any good, but this is definitely the worst of them all. The sevice was terrible. I have deleted my Chickfila app, and I will not eat at these restaurants any longer.

  Very friendly staff. One time I went and there was a bit of a wait but that is because they weren’t super busy so the food was made to order. I don’t mind the wait. I prefer quality to speed.

  Worst CFA in the company!!! I’ve been at this location several times and pretty much every time either the food is cold or something is missing. It’s convenient for me to go to this location but I’ll just start going to Bremen since they care about their customers. Sick and tired of wasting money on food I’m not even getting!
