  From my personal experiences, this place is always slow when having orders fulfilled on time. The customer service is always lacking. It’s slow. Very frustrating when you are supposed to pick an order up but it’s over 30 minutes late.

  Genuinely the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. My family and I don’t get to go out often but decided to tonight for a special occasion. Ordered apps at 5:05 and finally had to ask someone where our food was at 5:55. They said oh they forgot to drop the onion rings we will take it off your bill. My kids were almost in tears they were so hungry. The manager was supposed to come talk to us but made a mistake and talked to a different table and just decided to not come talk to us. Food was completely mediocre and cold. We live in Bowdon and will only go to Oberrys from now on.

  We ordered DoorDash from here tonight. We live approximately 2-3 miles from the store. Nothing was hot and we both described it as warm at best. He got 10 boneless wings that were supposed to come with raw vegetables that he didn’t get and he ordered cheese curds, again both were warm at best. I ordered all sides - beer battered onion rings, side salad that only had finely sliced cheese at the bottom, no carrots or tomatoes, I requested no onions (pictures below), and macaroni and cheese that I can name two fast food restaurants that have better macaroni and cheese. And mine I couldn’t even say warm at best. Last time getting food from here.

  I waited OVER an hour on my food. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Sitting down to eat it was bad to watch people who you walked in the door with eat AND LEAVE before your family. HORRIBLE my visit was on 5/8/2026

  So, our first visit was amazing. Emma was great. However, our second visit was the worst service we have ever received. Elizabeth was our server. Our appetizer onion rings came out cold so they remade it. Then my husband's wings came out cold. We asked for a manager and to our surprise there wasn't one. The team leader came over and we told her we didn't want them and to take them off. We were fine with the onion rings, once is okay but then the food? Then after we asked our server for the manager, she never came back to our table. We had to flag her down and call for her. She never brought silverware or the sauce we asked for and never refilled our drinks and she never took plates off that were finished. This is the reason we stopped going to Taco Mac and the Buffalo Wild Wings in Douglasville. Was really hoping Carrollton would have been different. Very disappointed.
