- LMLauren McLean3 days ago1.0We had the worst experience today. Placed an online order for pickup, showed up to the store with the lobby packed, everyone confused and waiting for their pizza. Person at the front wasn’t communicating to anyone about what was happening with the food. The manager was not solving issues or talking to anyone in the store. Multiple people complained and received refunds. There was an elderly man standing and waiting for 40+ minutes past his order pick up time. When I asked what was going on and received an answer it was an “I don’t know, I can’t tell you anything” very strange. Manager also took an order over the phone while they were behind on probably 20+ orders. Craziness. Will not be back. We wasted two hours of our life today on that.

I waited almost an hour for my pizza, which I order for my daughters birthday to have with her friends only to be told that they would have to put my order in again because something went wrong with it. After already waiting that long, I had to ask for a refund instead of waiting even longer for them to remake the order. The lack of communication and poor customer service with no apology made the whole experience frustrating. Definitely not the level of service expected from Papa johns.
- ADA DApr 14, 20261.0Called to order. Everyone has always been nice including the manager Ryan, but whoever is working tonight 04/14/26 8:15pm was very rude and snappy. Complained about having to answer my phone call and told me to order online otherwise he was going to make me wait an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. Please have this person either retrained or fire fired. Hopefully I’ll call back and speak with Ryan directly as he has been extremely professional and kind. Looks like I will be ordering peace love, and pizza tonight instead
