  Ordered a qtr pounder with cheese with no onion at the drive thru and received extra onion instead at 9:15pm on May 19th. Thank you so much for ruining my order.

  Terrible customer service. Food was ok. But they you may order wrong. We were ignored for ten minutes in the cafe before our order was taken. Burger had nothing on it??

  Stop having people “Pull Forward” when not a single car was behind me while waiting on my food. Same for the truck in front of us as well. Absolutely no reason for this. 7:28pm 3/24/2026. You have drive through windows. Use them. Stop reaching over a fence forcing customers to climb out their vehicle. I will no longer be coming to this location for the foreseeable future.

  They gave us absolutely no sauce at all, and the food is dry as it is. It was very unsatisfactory.

  Waited forever, they didn’t have a clue who order what. Checked my fries and a bug is in there covered with salt and all. Just don’t.
