  Usually solid, but stopped by tonight an hour before close. Ordered through the app, already paid, pull up and nobody answers at the drive through. Pull forward to the window and the kid in the back awkwardly tries to hide without actually successfully hiding. Won't answer me when I say that I've paid and just want to ensure I can get refunded. He stays tucked behind the corner but still visible for about a minute before I pulled to the next window. Took another 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me, they keep looking at me but pretending that I'm not there. I watch them make milkshakes while ignoring me. Finally, the 5th person acknowledges I exist and they let me know they closed early tonight and that the app will have a cancel button so I don't get charged. The app did not have a cancel button. I was charged. Will take 5 days to be refunded. Occurred 4/14/26 at 10pm

  Shout out to the Friday night solo on 4/10, fresh fries and shakes right before close and great customer service. Appreciate it!

  Stood at the counter for quite some time with not so much as any acknowledgement that I was there. After many times making eye contact with staff and manager and being ignored. I walked out. Customer no-service at this location. I won't be back. Edit. The "owner" replied below...and wouldn't you know it, the link works about as well as the employees, not at all.

  I’ve been eating at this McDonalds for many years and it’s definitely one of the better ones in the area. Food is always hot and fresh and service is satisfactory.

  This place is so dirty. Trash on the tables food stuck to it. The bathrooms smell like they had a sewage leak and the food is nasty. They have us RAW BURGERS
