  A nice lady took my order, then disappeared. One nice gentleman is making the sandwiches. Several people have come in to order their sandwiches, as it is 12:30, lunchtime! The gentleman must now stop making sandwiches and start taking customers orders, answering menu questions, explain why the don’t have any more ice to try to manage expectations. All the while, sandwiches are not being made, during the lunch hour! Where is the rest of the staff? You can’t just have 2 people TOTAL at a sandwich during lunch hour in busy Canton. I blame management, the employees are fine, pleasant, and doing the best job they can.

  Waited OVER an 1 hour for sandwich! 2 people working during lunch?! Will never be back, this is ridiculous, the slowest service I have ever experienced!

  Staff was helpful and told me about issues up front. Nothing is more frustrating than placing an order only to be told about something that is unavailable after you pay. These guys were on their A game. Order was correct. Sandwiches were well made.

  The cashier was excellent—very polite, professional, and took my order perfectly. But I also want to recognize Mark in the back. I’ve never seen anyone prepare an order so quickly and efficiently. He was incredibly fast, organized, and clearly takes pride in his work. Great job, Mark!
