Went there for a 2 person casual business meeting- the music was too loud, but it was still quieter than Starbucks. Highly recommend and we probably could have requested the young workers turn the music down a notch, but we worked through it. Definitely will go back there.

However, later that same day, a family member of mine visited the exact same location and was given a free medium coffee as part of the promotion. As a nurse, I can verify my credentials and was present on the correct date, which makes this inconsistency especially frustrating. When I called the store to seek clarification, I was told that no manager was available to address my concerns. This experience felt misleading and poorly handled. Clear communication and consistency are important, especially for promotions meant to recognize healthcare workers. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m disappointed that what should have been a small gesture of appreciation turned into such a frustrating experience.

I don’t know if I’ve ever seen the same employee twice, but every one of them has done well. Kudos to the management. So far they’ve always had what I wanted, and made it quickly and correctly. Great job!
