  The 2 girls working second shift are unbelievably rude. I’ve dealt with them more than once, and every single time their attitudes are disgusting and completely unacceptable. I used to work at the Dunkin on Towne Lake, so I know how customers are supposed to be greeted and treated with respect — something this location seriously needs to work on. When someone pulls up to the drive-thru, you’re supposed to say, “Welcome to Dunkin, what can I get for you?” not “What do you want?” with a nasty attitude. Instead of rudely saying “What else do you want?” it should be “Can I get you anything else today?” And when someone says “Give me one second,” you should actually give them a second instead of immediately yelling “Hello?!” again with an attitude. If you don’t like your job and can’t handle treating customers with basic respect — especially customers who have tipped you multiple times — then maybe customer service isn’t the right job for you.

  Girlfriend working 4:30pm 5/14 drive-thru has a nasty attitude for no reason lol it caught me off guard and honestly kind of ruined my good mood. This is coming from someone who used to be a regular while i was delivering out of the local papa john's for years. Glad i don't live in the area or rely on this location anymore- What a bummer that would be!

  I ordered snackin bacon- not bacon that had been sent to the firey pits for the last 70 years. Who made this? Did they set the kitchen on fire while preparing this? I’m actually concerned… burnt to a crisp is a disgusting understatement. It disintegrated to dust if I looked at it too hard. And the white stuff on it? What in the world is that? I assume it’s solidified fat or grease but it looks like it grew a stress rash after it returned from its journey to the underworld. My obese chihuahua wouldn’t even eat it- and she eats rocks if I leave her unsupervised. I’m not expecting a gift card or a refund from this but next time at least let me sit around the bonfire if you’re gonna use my bacon as the logs.

  This is the best dunkin I have been to so far!! I don't get the hate about this dunkin. The glazed donuts were amazing!! Me and my friends always love going to this dunkin, so stop hating your just jealous!💗💗 1 last thing. There coffee is the BEST!!💗 GOD BLESS!!💗
