When I addressed it, the lady at the window was so disrespectful. I stopped going to this location but today I stopped by to get my kids coolatas and they filled the cups up half full. Coolatas are already way overpriced in my opinion but don’t give me a drink that’s not even filled up.

First coffee came to me with something plastic floating in it. Asked to replace with another and girl seemed to have an attitude. Witnessed another girl sneezing by the donut racks without covering mouth. Last visit here.

With a mobile order, I would wait 10+ minutes for a wake up wrap and a cup of coffee with one to two cars ahead of me. A wait is one thing- a rude person at the window is another. So I stopped going. Stopped in today to give them another try- no line, so took a chance. While the food came out quick, the middle aged white lady in the window had the most foul attitude. When I would thank her, she would just reply “yeah”. I’m sorry her life sucks so bad she feels the need to be rude to strangers. Maybe a customer service role isn’t the best choice for her. And to the manager of this store- get it together. I won’t be coming back.
