I waited 15 minutes on a walk-in mobile order today because they weren't labeling orders and left mine sitting behind the counter instead of on the rack. The last few times I've ordered food they gave me the wrong things.

After standing behind a lady that said she had been waiting 20 minutes on her food after ordering it 15 minutes before she got there, I was finally asked what I had been standing there waiting for. After telling them twice, I finally got my avocado toast (that was supposed to have bacon and didn’t - reminder bacon is an up charge) and then a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and hash browns. We got home to eat our food and the avocado toast was burned on the bottom, the bagel was a croissant, and the hashbrowns had been cooked in old, dirty grease and were not able to be eaten. After seeing all the complaints, I’m not sure how they are still open.
