    I get people hate working in food service but you do not need to be blatantly rude to someone to their face. I feel bad for posting a bad review but the people were so rude and mean. I have worked in food service and I get having a bad day. I have been there a lot, but like them, I am a person as well and I don't really like being treated poorly. It seemed like the whole staff was having a terrible day and I honestly was being very friendly because I know how it is. However they did not communicate properly at all and when I had a question or concern they did not even attempt to help. Instead they decided to complain under their breath in front of me. It was a terrible experience that left me not really wanting to eat the food.

    Can’t believe how bad it’s gotten, i was not the only one walking out at 9pm when nothing was available, go down the street to taco riko for fresh meat and products that haven’t sat out and dried for three hours. After 7 pm they basically close down and stop cooking after 6.

    Just stopped by and saw one of the associates take the temperature of each item on his iPad using the same top and cross contaminating between allergens and vegetarian and non vegetarian items without cleaning the tip.

    I had a bowl from here and got severe food poisoning. I had to go to the ER, I was barely conscious, received 2 full bags of fluids, and was left with over $4,000 in medical bills and their insurance denied my claim to help with any financial burden. I had to miss work because I could not stop vomiting, I couldn’t eat or drink for days. They claim “no one else was sick” but I DOUBT it. DO NOT EAT HERE.

    Every time that I place an order at the Canton chipotle, on their website, I end up getting the wrong food. How do you mistake with chicken and pinto beans with black beans. It's not rocket science there were five ingredients on my bowl and the two main ingredients they got wrong. Then you can't call them to get a refund of your money I had to go through a chat with some bot to get the phone number of the actual customer service to get a refund on my meal. This is the most messed up store of Chipotle I've ever been in before
