  Even when the place is busy, their staff always does their best to make sure to give you a great experience with great food. Love this place! Only downside is the AI drive-thru, which is ok at best. I don't think it's a good decision to implement an AI order taker without a screen to show what it's placing, as the wait times were awkward from time to time during conversation with it, would avoid the drive-thru and instead place an order with their amazing human staff.

  The service here is slow and easily confused with simple orders. All I did was order the number 14 combo and it took the cashier a while to find the button to push. No wonder they need an AI agent to work the drive-through! No coleslaw available. The chicken was OK at best. There were drink lids, straw wrappers, and all sorts of trash around the order pick up area inside. And I saw no less than three employees standing around talking to each other within 5 feet of this area and not do anything.

  Chicken rippers are very good but the strawberry cobbler is simply a dry biscuit with some strawberry jam on top! That is NOT strawberry cobbler. I wish I had my money back because it was not even good enough for a second bite.

  Very disappointed always come here for chicken wanted 2 thighs employee told my daughter would take 30 minutes to cook ridiculous

  We tried out this Bojangles for lunch after church and the food was great. The location was good and the dining area was clean. Our only issue was that they were understaffed as people had not showed up for work so the service was slow. The chicken was excellent and hot and had a good flavor. The fries were amazing, with great seasoning, and the biscuits were big and fluffy. The chicken strips and fried chicken and Chicken Sandwich were all good quality and large portions. The parking lot was fairly empty and easy to get in and out of. The bathrooms were clean. We will probably be back another time.
