  I ordered to go on my app. Once I showed up to the screen the order looked accurate. I was the only one in the drive thru however it still took over 10 mins to get my food. The food was done all incorrectly and the cinnamon twists tasted 5 days old and VERY stale. The burritos look like they were crumbled up and given to me. Very disappointing.

  Ordered over 70 dollars worth of food here at this location we work in the emergency room right down the road from this location. Our whole order was messed up. Missing food, missing drinks, burnt food. Cheesy potatoes had lettuce in them. The cheesy rollups had a sprinkle of cheese, i mean literally 10 pieces of shredded cheese. Called the location and the man we talked to on the phone said if we came back they would remake the order and make sure it was right and double the portions. It was 1:55 am. We got to the location and they said we never talked to anyone there and the phones were down all day. They said they were closed and refused to refund or remake the order. They close at 2:00 am

  A disgrace to the Taco Bell chain. I'm here at the hospital, eaten from this location a few times during my family members stay, and the quality of food is terrible. I've had it all, a collapsed burrito, a burrito covered in oil... somehow? no utensils, napkins, etc with a drive thru order including fiesta potatoes, a burrito that was just incorrect despite not having any additions or substitutions. Please hire a different team, most specifically the manager.

  This location is like sitting on the surface of the sun. All windows with zero shade! Ridiculously hot and the wait time for food is insane! I placed a mobile order went in to pick up, it took over 30 minutes from when I placed the order, it was missing 4 items, one was incorrect and I watched him literally smash the top of the bag twice as he place it on the shelf. Ridiculous! 😡

  As you can see all of my Taco supremes look like they are missing stuff in them. They make the picture look so good to you. When actually You get very little ingredients in the taco shell. Barely any meat or tomatoes or lettuce or cheese or even sour cream as you can tell by these pictures. It's pretty dang bad You can spend over $40 some dollars just to get this. This is very disappointing Plus this is the second time I've had this experience with this Taco Bell. So all I can say is Taco Bell you need to do better job start making the products that you sell look like the pictures you advertise. Stop being so damn greedy with the ingredients considering how much you charge for the items. If I had a business I would be ashamed to serve people those items looking like that for as much as I have to charge them.
