  Almost everytime you get a nacho fry as a side it’ll be a size down from what you order. No matter if it’s day or night shift your missing stuff from your order everytime, and when you tell them they did they get super annoyed. Not to mention the food is either undercooked or overcooked. Do not recommend. The one on 53 is much better.

  Ordered 6 chalupas and 3 crunchy tacos. The chalupa tortilla was hard and the crunchy tacos smell super bad! Worst food I have gotten from taco bell!

  Kiosk is good. Only good thing I can say is the food was hot. When we got our food and began to pull things from the bag it was a pure mess. My husband ordered a taco pizza and the box was partially open with toppings out of the box and all overthe other items we ordered. The soft shell taco he received only has sour cream on one end and again everything was all over the place. The first one wasn't even wrapped and toppings fell all over him and my car. This was our first and last time visiting this store. Not to mention new store the score should be 100 but they're at 92. Very disappointed and will avoid coming back to the Red Bud Store. The pics are after we cleaned up some. DO NOT go through drive thru and try to eat while driving!

  This is the first time in my whole life that I have thrown away something in the garbage and stopped at another Taco Bell and re-ordered my flu. I’m not sure what happened here recently because up until a few weeks ago food was OK here. Now I get quesadillas drowning in sauce without hardly any chicken inside or the other extreme where the chicken is exploding outside of the quesadilla. It’s not consistent. I’ve also gotten in a cheese quesadilla when I ordered a chicken quesadilla. Today I ordered the supreme bean dip and the bean dip. Literally looks like space food when I took it to the other Taco Bell, they told me that the beans that they were using had not been rehydrated. 🫣
