  Gentleman that is making sandwiches is very rude and ugly towards customers and can tell he is not happy working went to the burger king part of the store instead and was given amazing service with a smile gentleman that is on clock that was rude had long hair and was pulled up did not catch his name

  This location is so so good. Grayson and Matt, especially, deliver top notch service with a smile. And they are true artists. Beautiful delicious sandwiches every time! Will keep coming back for more. 10/10

  Terrible customer service. The employee who served me was in a very bad mood—I’m not sure if they were male or female, but they showed absolutely no friendliness. When I asked if they were angry, they responded with even greater irritation. And when I told them I no longer wanted to place an order, they told me they didn't care. You need to hire more competent staff. It seems this person performs their job without any enthusiasm and with a poor attitude, while others would be grateful just to have a job. Coincidentally, I work at a fast-food restaurant myself, and my customers not only leave pleased with the service I provide, but many have also become regulars at my restaurant. Pay attention to this, because you stand to lose a lot of customers; we were a group of 10 people, and we chose to leave and eat at the Burger King next door instead, where we were treated with much more respect, patience, and courtesy.
