  I don’t usually leave bad reviews. The worker was so rude. after leaving this place my mood was so damaged. I order my drink with no ice, and I understand the ratio difference, so I always order the rest of it to be filled with milk. I do this multiple times a week at the Dalton and Chatsworth locations and I never have a problem. When I got my coffee it was half full. I politely asked for it to be filled with milk again, after I had already told them with ordering. I was informed that they won’t do it at this location. That is fine but you should have told me when I ordered or before I paid. I have never asked for a refund at a restaurant but I can’t warrant paying over 5$ on something that’s supposed to be a treat and it only be maybe half full. Then the worker made me feel like an inconvenience and yelled across the store to the manager that I wanted a refund. She seemed so rude and I was so embarrassed. The manager was very nice and refunded me. I understand that it was policy, but I should have been informed before I paid , and I should have been treated kindly . I was so sad by the way I was treated by the worker. I dont plan on coming back.
