  Went there for dinner and our food came out cold Told the staff & they were very rude. Their bathrooms were filthy & their floors in the lobby was not clean. Next day we somehow ended up with food poisoning. Arby’s has always been so good . But we will definitely not be back there

  Disgusting inside, almost no patrons, they sent someone on break and apparently that person kept it running. I waited for 20 minutes for one sandwich with no one in front of me. A door dash lady shows up and they don't have her order ready so they start making it. Someone comes to bag food and literally says I don't know how to bag sandwiches, I've never run the front. Drive through guy comes up and takes yet another order as someone has come in, looks at me and chooses to ignore me. P.s. he was the one who took my order, so he just sees me standing around waiting on my one sandwich. I left, I don't think I've seen that much concentrated lack of intelligence in a very long time. I left because there was clearly no end in sight. The person on break stayed on break even after being requested to come back to handle the "rush". I don't blame the person on break

  I ordered the roast turkey ranch and bacon sandwich meal. There was so much ranch on it, the bread was almost soggy. The fries were just the tiny pieces left over, there were no curls in the curly fries. That being said, my service was excellent.

  Everyone there was polite and pleasant and food was quickly made fresh.
