  It was a terrible experience. They messed up my order. When I went back in and told someone she ok and they would make me another taco. After 15 minutes of waiting I went back to the counter to another person. She told me that it would have to wait a few minutes. This was another one of many bad experiences. There's no canopy over where you order. In a flooding rain they wouldn't take my order at the window. One time I went to pickup an online order. A good 15 minutes after placing the order I arrive there. The order wasn't ready. I was told that they don't make an order until the customer arrives. Sort of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead doesn't it? In short avoid Taco Bell in Cairo, GA especially in the rain.

  Me and my family ate here at least 3 times a month. We always get double meat. The last 2 times it wasn't only not double meat but it was put together. So sloppy. The Chalupa. didn't even look like it was toasted no one never answers the phone I don't care what time of day it is.

  It says they open from 9 AM to 1 AM, but I got there at 9:15 AM and the doors were still locked. The lady in the drive-thru said the grill wasn’t hot yet and told me to come back later because they didn’t have anything ready. Management really needs to look into this—there are employees not doing their job or getting things started on time.
