  I had an excellent experience at Jimmy John’s! As a vegetarian, I really appreciated the fresh and tasty vegetarian options. Everything was made perfectly, and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. A special thank you to Miesha for providing outstanding customer service. She was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right. The restaurant was very clean, and the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. Great food, excellent service, and a spotless restaurant—I highly recommend this Jimmy John’s location and will definitely be coming back!

  Ate here traveling through. It made both my husband and son sick within a couple of hours. Not fun on a 9 hour road trip.

  #25 Turkey, Bacon lettuce, 2 very thin cucumber 2 thin sliced bacon 2 thin sliced turkey pieces ..... 6" white bread*** $14.68¢.... . ....I shAll never see this Place Again***🗑️🗑️

  So it started out great until almost done with my sandwich only to find a dark hair in it..im blonde. So yeah,kinda ruined an almost perfect meal

  I have tried this location, over and over… HOPING it would get better because I love JJ— plus I understand that training staff can sometimes take time… But this place…. It’s awful. Literally ordered my son a turkey tom little john…. and there was tuna stuck to the bottom of his sandwich… which is a food safety concern— the station should be cleaned off between sandwiches. Just go to WR (at least they get your order right) or downtown Macon. This place isn’t worth it.
