Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

This is a new location with lots of young enthusiastic people working in there, so I’m surprised at the outwardly negative, treatment that I saw being dished out from someone who looks like she was supposed to be the manager. She was of Latino descent and It burdens me to see people promoted to manager without proper leadership training over young adults, who for many, is one of their very first jobs. It seemed that she had her favorite employees, and treated some as if she were disgusted by them. This was sad to witness. Need to do better!!

Not hard to get ketchup, mayonnaise and cheese only but somehow last 3 times either everything on it or they scraped off another because mustard still there. Never going back. Sad we liked it but now it’s horrible service and mediocre food

Had to repeat my order over 3 times before they got it right then the food was cold and not tasty. Buyout has ruined this family run business getting to big and to loose with one on every corner not worth eating anymore used to be one of my favorites. Never again.!!!!!!!

I'm from IL and don't get to have this great food all the time. The bun fell apart as I ate it aswell. Really sucked to have this be my last time eating Whataburger for awhile.
